This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Las Positas College, a California Community College, and the Foundation for California Community Colleges, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), for the purpose of engaging the expertise of Las Positas College to provide services as described in Exhibit A.
