These GiveCard Card Program Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) set forth and govern the terms of the relationship between Account Owner and Bank with respect to the GiveCard Card Program (each term as defined below). Account Owner hereby acknowledges that nothing in these Terms establishes a customer relationship between Bank and any person besides the Account Owner, including, without limitation, the Business Administrator or any Authorized User. Account Owner further acknowledges that Authorized Users are its agents and accepts sole responsibility for ensuring that Authorized Users comply with these Terms or any terms or conditions governing Card use established by Account Owner.
