This Master Services Agreement (this "MSA") is between ionstream.ai, LLC, (“Ionstream”) located at 2626 Spring Cypress Road, Spring, Texas 77388, and the customer ordering the Services ("Customer") pursuant to a Customer Success Order. Ionstream and Customer are referred to herein each as a "party" and together as the "parties".
