This Option and Land Lease, hereinafter referred to as “Lease”, is made the last day executed below by and between CITY OF RAPID CITY, a South Dakota municipal corporation, having an address of 300 6th Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor", and SBA TOWERS IX, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having an office at 8051 Congress Avenue, 2nd Floor, Boca Raton, Florida 33487-1307, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee."
