THIS AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made effective July 1, 2022, by and between the SANDY CITY COUNCIL, a municipal corporation of the state of Utah (the "Council"), and the law firm of COWDELL & WOOLLEY, P.C. (collectively the "Firm").
