This Contract is made upon the signing of the parties by and between the City Commission of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the City, and seal tight Roofing Experts LLC, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, and hereinafter referred to as the Contractor. In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor will provide services for the City of Cocoa Beach as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, of this Contract, attached hereto and by reference, made part hereof.
