THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of Half Moon Bay, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and the Sewer Authority Mid-Coastside, a Joint Powers Authority created pursuant to Title 1, Division 7, Chapter 5 of the Government Code of the State of California (“Consultant”), effective as of July 1, 2018.
