These Terms and Conditions are only to be used for contracts with a total value of less than £50,000 and are not to be used for contracts involving the following subject matters: works, concessions, consultancy, Information Technology, health and social care, externally funded projects, staff transfers pursuant to TUPE, requirement for a change procedure or any high risk / politically sensitive contracts.
