The GENERAL LAND OFFICE (the “GLO”) and LIVELY OAKS LIMITED, Tax Identification Number 32036468984 (“Developer”), each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties,” enter into this grant agreement for residential construction repair services for disaster recovery (the “Contract”) pursuant to applicable sections of the Uniform Grant Management Standards (“UGMS”), in conjunction with the requirements located at 2 C.F.R. Part 200 and 24 C.F.R. Part 570.
