This INDUSTRY AFFILIATE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, [Affiliate Organization Name and jurisdiction], and Matter365 Inc., an Ontario corporation (“Matter365”). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions under which Matter365 will offer a discount to your members’ in exchange for promoting Matter365 Products to your members. As used in this agreement, “you” and “your” means the Affiliate.
