The Northeast Ohio Management Information Network (NEOMIN) and school district mutually agree that this Service Level Agreement (SLA) documents school technology support services provided by NEOMIN that are received by a school district. This document defines the schedule of services, performance deliverables, and the methods by which services are delivered. Both parties share responsibilities under this agreement as described below.
