THIS ATHLETE AGREEMENT, effective upon Athlete signature (the “Effective Date”), is by and between USA Climbing, a Utah nonprofit corporation having its principal office at 440 W 800 S | Salt Lake City | UT, 84101 and the athlete signing below (“Athlete”), whose address is also set forth below. Athlete and USA Climbing may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”
