The purpose of this Agreement to provide lawful and orderly collective bargaining relations between the Company and its employees covered by this Agreement through the Union, to secure the prompt disposition of grievances, to eliminate interruption of work and interference with the efficient operation of the Company's business, and to set out the wages, hours and working conditions for the said employees, as set forth this Agreement.
