This is a Pole Attachment License Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County, a Washington State Municipal Corporation (“Licensor”), and The City of Mountlake Terrace, a Washington State Municpal Corporation, (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are also referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
