THIS DECOMMISSIONING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2025, by and between County, Montana (the “County”) and Glendive Wind LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Glendive Wind”). The County and Glendive Wind are each individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties” hereto.
