THIS AMENDMENT No. 3 (the "Amendment") to the Agreement, between Owner and Contractor dated April 4, 2019 and as subsequently amended (the "Agreement"), is made between the Buckman Direct Diversion Board ("BOOB") and Alpha Southwest Inc. ("Contractor"). The effective date of this Amendment shall be the date it is executed by the BOOB.
