This Contract, dated , 2017, is between the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, (the City) and Gary W. Schatz, P.E., PTOE, a sole proprietor (the Engineer), whereby the Engineer agrees to provide the City with certain professional services as described herein and the City agrees to pay the Engineer for those services.
