In consideration of Hong Leong Bank Berhad (hereafter called “the Bank”) agreeing to make available the facilities offered by MasterCard and/or Visa including affinity and co-branded MasterCard and/or Visa Card (hereafter referred to as “the Card”) to the individual named (hereinafter called the “Cardholder”) at the Cardholder’s request the Cardholder hereby covenants, undertakes and agrees to the following terms and conditions:-
