This MINI GRIP VAN – EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated as of the Effective Date between Adam Gaudreault D/B/A Mini Grip Van (“MGV”) and Producer. Each of MGV and Producer may be referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”. In consideration of the mutual obligations and representations contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
