The attached Terms and Conditions are part of all Service Purchase Order Agreement (“Purchase Order”) issued to the supplier named in the Purchase Order ("Supplier") by the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates (referred to as "Buyer" or "Customer"). Each Purchase Order, along with these Terms and Conditions, and any specifications, drawings, and additional terms and conditions for the vessel specified in such Purchase Order (the "Vessel") are collectively referred to as the "Agreement", and the Agreement shall apply to all Work (as hereinafter defined) for the Vessel.
