This Agreement, effective as of the date of execution by both parties, is made by and between Mississippi State University Research Technology Corporation, a not for profit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Mississippi and having its principal office at 101 Research Blvd, Suite 100, Starkville, MS 39759, U.S.A. (hereinafter referred to as RTC), and representing particular interests for Mississippi State University (hereinafter referred to as MSU) from time to time and where appropriate, and __________________________ (hereinafter referred to as LICENSEE).
