The term “Agreement” means this Commercial Credit Card Agreement document and any letter, card carrier, card insert, addendums, or other document accompanying this Agreement. The term “Agreement” includes any application that you signed or submitted to the Credit Union to obtain credit under this Agreement. The term “Agreement” also includes any notification of change in terms or other documentation that may be subsequently furnished to you in connection with this Agreement. "Account" means your Commercial Credit Card Account with the Credit Union. The words “Credit Card” or "Card" means the Commercial VISA Credit Card you receive from the Credit Union and any duplicates and renewals the Credit Union may issue. Each Card we issue remains the property of the Credit Union. “Convenience Check” means any check-like instrument that we may issue to you from time to time that may be used to obtain credit on your Account.
