In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center, located at 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GRC") and ASTROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY, INC.
