day of , 2025 ( hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), by and between Lehigh University, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation located at 27 Memorial Drive West, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18015 (“Lehigh” or the “University”) and the Parkland School District, with principal offices located at 1210 Springhouse Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania 18104 (hereinafter referred to as the “School District”). University and School District may hereinafter be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
