AGREEMENT made, executed and delivered in the City, County and State of New York this 15th day of December in the year 1999, by and between the AMERICAN GUILD OF MUSICAL ARTISTS, INC., a membership corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York, and having its principal office at 1727 Broadway (at 55th Street), New York, New York 10019-5284 (hereinafter called "AGMA") and TRI-CITIES OPERA having its principal place of business at 315 Clinton Street, Binghamton, NY 13905 (hereinafter called "EMPLOYER").
