This Licence Agreement is made on the _ day of 2020 and is entered into by and between the UGANDA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION, a body corporate established under the provisions of the Uganda Communications Act 2013, of P. O. Box 7376 Kampala (hereinafter called the LICENSOR which expression shall unless repugnant to the context, include its successors in business, administrators, liquidators and assignees or legal representatives) of the ONE PART.
