This HOME Affordable Rental Housing Program (hereinafter referred to as “HOME”) Regulatory Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of New Orleans, represented by LaToya Cantrell, Mayor (the “City”) and Lafitte 2017, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") represented by Terri B. North, its authorized representatives; and is hereby promulgated to mandate, under penalty of repayment of GO Bond Funds invested in the project named herein, the Owner’s compliance that units assisted in the Project with GO Bond Funds awarded by the City of New Orleans will remain affordable to the targeted income population for the applicable Period of Affordability as cited elsewhere in this Agreement.
