("Settlement," "Stipulation," "Agreement," or "Settlement and Release") is made by and among the Named Homeowner Plaintiffs in this case, for themselves and on behalf of the Homeowner Settlement Class as hereinatler defined, the Named Contractor/Construction Plaintiff in this case, for itself and on behalf of the Contractor/Construction Settlement Class as hereinatler defined, and Defendant MI Windows and Doors as hereinatler defined. The Named Homeowner Plaintiffs, Named Contractor/Construction Plaintiff, and Defendant MI Windows and Doors, collectively, are referred to hereinafter as the "Parties."
