This PARTICIPATING AGREEMENT is hereby entered into by and between County of Ravalli, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Bitterroot National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the authority: Cooperative Funds and Deposits Act of December 12, 1975, Pub.L. 94-148, 16 U.S.C. 565a1 – a3, as amended., and permanently authorized by Public Law 111-11, Section 3001) and the Wyden Amendment (Public Law 105-277, Section 323 as amended by Public Law 109-54, Section 434, and permanently authorized by Public Law 111- 11, Section 3001)
