hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement," made and entered into this 23rd day of February, 2023, by and between Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, by and through the Augusta Aviation Commission, hereinafter referred to as the “Aviation Commission” and Delta Air Lines, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and authorized to do business in the State of Georgia hereinafter referred to as "Airline".
