This Agreement, is made on the day of May, 2021 , by and between McClure Engineering Company, of Clive, Iowa, (herein referred to as "ENGINEER") and the City of Oskaloosa (hereinafter referred to as "OWNER"). The ENGINEER will provide services per the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and in accordance with the scope and schedule presented in Exhibit ‘A’.
