Maine Bonding & Casualty Company, Maryland Casualty Company, Zurich American Insurance Company, American Zurich Insurance Company, Northern Insurance Company of New York, Centre Insurance Company, American Guarantee & Liability Insurance Company, Assurance Company of America, and Valiant Insurance Company, (collectively, the “Zurich Companies”); the Maine Superintendent of Insurance (the “Superintendent”); and the Maine Department of the Attorney General hereby enter into this Consent Agreement, pursuant to 10 M.R.S.A. § 8003(5)(B), to resolve, without an adjudicatory proceeding, issues arising out of the Zurich Companies’ conduct under licenses issued by the Superintendent.
