Improvements have been completed in a good and workmanlike manner; (3) no mechanic’s or materialmen’s liens have been filed, nor is there any basis for the filing of such liens, with respect to the Project; (4) all Improvements constituting a part of the project are located or installed upon the Land; and (5) if required by ordinances duly adopted by Issuer or by applicable building codes, that an appropriate certificate of occupancy has been issued with respect to the Improvements. A form of Certificate of Completion is attached as Appendix B.
