This CONTRACT is made and entered into on the day of , 20 , by and between the City of Stephenville, whose address is 298 W. Washington, Stephenville, Texas 76401 hereinafter called CLIENT, and Jacob & Martin, LLC., whose address is 3465 Curry Lane, Abilene, Texas 79606, hereinafter called JM. The CLIENT engages JM to perform professional services for the Project described above.
