THIS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) by and between the GLOBAL DIGITAL INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS COMPANY a single shareholder limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and registered under commercial registration number 2052103711 dated 16/01/1444 H, having its principal office in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a registered capital of SAR 500,000 (“Aramco Digital”), and [Counterparty's name ] , a [ Counterparty's entity form ] organized and existing under the laws of [ Counterparty's jurisdiction of orgnization ] is effective as of [ month] , [ day ] , [ year ] (the “Effective Date”).
