The Collaboration Agreement should be used to cultivate a shared vision for change, a common understanding of the problem, a joint approach to solving the problem among the multi-stakeholder platform members and a joint approach to measure the progress of implementation. The shared vision for change also helps to build trust among the diverse stakeholders. Responding to the below questions will help you to create this shared vision for change. The MoU should be developed in close collaboration with all stakeholders of the platform and signed by all participants.
