We are not liable for any loss, damage (including lost profits, special damages or incidental or consequential damages) or injury to you, your employees or any other person or property caused by the Products. (f) Time is of the essence with respect to the obligations of Customer under this Agreement. (g) Any provision of this Agreement that is unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Agreement, and any such unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
