THIS CONTRACT FOR SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCTS (herein “Contract”) is made and entered into this 1st day of April 2018 by and between the TOWN OF COLLIERVILLE, TENNESSEE, a Tennessee municipal corporation, (herein the “TOWN”) and SECURITY FIRE PROTECTON, a Tennessee corporation (herein the “CONTRACTOR”).
