THIS Contract MA-017-21010675 for Redistricting Support Services (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the Office of County Counsel (hereinafter referred to as “County Counsel”) of the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) with County and Contractor sometimes referred to individually as (“Party”) or collectively as (“Parties”).
