These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") explain a contractual agreement between you ("you," "your") and C&S Patient Education Foundation a/k/a Conquer Chiari ("Conquer Chiari," "we," "us," "our"), regarding your use of any Conquer Chiari web site, including without limitation, www.conquerchiari.org, walk.conquerchiari.org, and chiariacademy.getlearnworlds.com (collectively, the "Chiari Web Sites") and your access to the content and features available on or through the Chiari Web Sites.
