THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Davis Joint Unified School District, a public school district of the State of California (the “District”), and Acosta Latino Learning Partnership (“Provider”). The District and the Provider are collectively referred to in this Agreement individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” This Agreement is made with reference to the following facts:
