This EOI is neither an agreement nor an offer by the Authority but an invitation to submit Expression of Interest by the prospective Bidders or any other person. The purpose of this EOI is to get information about various aspect of proposed Scope of Work as detailed out in this EOI document. This EOI would help the Authority to understand market sentiments and eventually come up with a comprehensive tender.
