It is hereby agreed by and between the State of Vermont, Department of Buildings and General Services, Office of Purchasing & Contracting (the "State") and Higgins Corporation, with a principal place of business in South Portland, ME (the "Contractor") that the contract between them originally dated as of September 18, 2020, Contract # 40551, as amended to date, (the “Contract”) is hereby amended as follows:
