LANDLORD, and , herein known as TENANT, which shall bind each TENANT's heirs, successors, assigns, estate and appointed representatives. LANDLORD shall mean collectively the owner(s) of the property, its heirs, successors, assigns, designated agents and representatives. All parties to this agreement are jointly and severally liable for the full performance of this agreement. Any misrepresentation made by TENANT in the lease application process will be a material breach of this agreement, and LANDLORD may terminate this agreement at its sole discretion without penalty.
