Preamble: I understand that Endor Paddle, L.L.C. is in the business of renting canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, river tubes (“vessels”) and the related equipment. All persons renting vessels and/or equipment are responsible for learning or acquiring the skills necessary for utilizing the vessels and/or equipment which may be provided by Endor Paddle, L.L.C or brought by the renters.
