This Power Supply Contract (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [ ], 2025 (the “Execution Date”), by and between California Community Choice Financing Authority, a joint powers authority and a public entity of the State of California established pursuant to the provisions of the Joint Exercise of Powers Act (Article 1, Chapter 5, Division 7, Title 1, Section 6500 et seq. of the California Government Code, as amended) (“Issuer”) and San Diego Community Power, a California joint powers authority (“Purchaser”).
