This Trial Cloud Services Agreement, including any Cloud Service specific information and additional click through terms on the sign-up webpage to which this Trial Cloud Services Agreement in linked, (collectively, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Software AG USA, Inc. (“Supplier”) and Customer and will be effective as of the date Customer accepts the terms of this Agreement as set forth above (“Effective Date”). Supplier and Customer are each a “Party” and together the “Parties.”
