This Housing Agreement grants a limited license to Resident to access and make personal residential use of one assigned bedroom space in a cottage unit (each a “Unit”), together with its standard installed fixtures, plus shared use of accompanying unit common areas, fixtures and appliances in the assigned Unit, at the property known as “The Republic at Lubbock” at 3824 Erskine Street, Lubbock, Texas (the “Property”) between the Start Date and End Date listed above. Resident is initially assigned to the bedroom space and Unit identified above (see floor plans available in the management office or at republic-lubbock.com for designation of bedroom spaces); if the space is not immediately identified or assigned, or if it is identified as “to be assigned,” “TBD” or “TBA,” this Housing Agreement is binding and Owner will assign a Unit and bedroom matching the identified unit type prior to move-in.
