This Document Custodial Agreement (the “Agreement” or the “Tri-Party Agreement”), entered into this day of , 20 5 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (further defined below as “Freddie Mac”), 6, as document custodian ("Document Custodian"), and 7, as seller and/or servicer ("Seller/Servicer"); Freddie Mac, Document Custodian and Seller/Servicer (each, a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement amends and restates any prior Document Custodial Agreement: Single-Family Mortgages (Freddie Mac Form 1035) between and among the Parties hereto.
