This Scholarship Contract ("Scholarship") is entered into between (Student's Name), hereinafter referred to as the "Student" and Uchenna Academy Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "School." The Contract is awarded to deserving Students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, athletic abilities, or both, as per the eligibility criteria outlined in the School’s scholarship guidelines.
